Available to all customers even for systems not installed by TAP are two levels of service and maintenance cover-
Level 1 - A minimum of one inspection visit per year Access to 24 hour callout 20% Reduction on standard and emergency callout charge 24 hour technical support Minor adjustments during inspection visits
Level 2 - A minimum of one inspection visit per Year Parts and labour that occur through fair wear and tear Parts and labour that occur through product failure 24 hour technical support 24 hour Technician attendance Training and programming changes Security Audits and assesments Due to the unique nature of each site and variying formats and technologies we do not provide set pricing for either level of maintenance cover instead opting for the more accurate and fair pricing policy created by our software driven operating system that creates packages based on the number of devices installed.
All breakdown and maintenance visits are completed in full complience with current British and European standards and are periodically sheduled by our operating system providing a comprehensive technical history throughout the life of your system and precise inspection due dates.
In keeping with the latest servicing innovations we can also complete remote servicing and programming changes on most makes and models of Intruder Alarms and CCTV Systems without the need for an engineer attendance.
